Apex Microtechnology, a designer and manufacturer
of high performance monolithic IC and hybrid
high voltage amplifiers has been acquired by Cirrus Logic Inc.

Cirrus Logic intends to continue marketing the
Apex hybrid products under the Apex precision
Power™ brand and supporting Apex's approximately
80 products and 1,200 customers worldwide.
